Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Site investigations;
- Manage crew schedules and assignments
- Interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Ensure quality control on all activities
- Enforce site safety procedures
- Track material usage and equipment
- Liaise with engineers and site managers
- Conduct daily safety and progress meetings
- Oversee installation and finishing processes
- Inspect work for compliance with specifications
- Report incidents and manage site documentation.
Qualifications
- ND or HND or Bsc in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience on-site
- Excellent knowledge of construction procedures and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Leadership and communication skills
- Time management and decision-making ability.
