Faleye Realty & Construction Company (FRCC) was founded with a bold vision: to reshape the construction and real estate landscape in Nigeria. Starting with small-scale residential projects, our founder brought together skill, integrity, and client-centered values — setting the foundation for what would become a trusted brand. FRCC started as a small construction outfit focused on residential and commercial building projects in Lagos, Nigeria. From the beginning, we were known for our uncompromising standards, transparent practices, and customer-focused approach. These core values quickly earned us a reputation for excellence in the industry, laying a solid foundation for our growth.

FRCC was incorporated in 2021 with a bold ambition—to redefine the landscape of construction, and real estate in Nigeria and beyond. In just a few years, FRCC has evolved into a multi-sector enterprise. In 2023, FRCC achieved a major milestone by expanding its operations to all 36 states of Nigeria. From our beginnings serving a select few states, this bold move marked our transition into a truly national brand.

We responded by establishing regional offices, building local partnerships, and deploying project teams in every geopolitical zone—ensuring consistent service delivery and closer proximity to our clients.

This nationwide expansion strengthened our presence in urban and rural communities alike, bringing our signature quality and professionalism to a broader audience. It also laid the groundwork for future investments, infrastructure development, and job creation across Nigeria.

2023 was a transformative year—one that positioned FRCC as a trusted and accessible name in construction and real estate nationwide.

In 2024, FRCC took a monumental step by starting establishment process of a U.S.-based subsidiary: FRCC USA, headquartered in Delaware. This expansion will enabled us to serve a wider international market and bring global standards of professionalism and service to new frontiers. FRCC USA operates in the same core sectors—construction, and real estate. —helping bridge African innovation with global opportunity.
