BENUE STATE, GBOKO ROAD & FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT

GBOKO ROAD & FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT

FRCC was commissioned to execute a major infrastructure development in Benue State — the Flood/Erosion Control and Road Improvement Works along Gboko Road. This transformative project was designed to enhance transportation efficiency, improve stormwater management, and protect the surrounding environment from the devastating effects of seasonal flooding.

The works involved extensive site clearing and preparation, precision earthworks, construction of reinforced concrete drainage channels, installation of culverts, and the application of durable asphalt surfacing to meet the highest engineering standards. The project also integrated pedestrian-friendly walkways, erosion control measures, and landscaping to enhance safety, accessibility, and aesthetics.

Our commitment to meticulous planning, adherence to specifications, and continuous stakeholder engagement ensured the timely and successful delivery of this vital public infrastructure, significantly improving connectivity and resilience for the Gboko community.
