Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate project teams and subcontractors
- Monitor project milestones and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare project progress reports
- Facilitate client and stakeholder communication
- Resolve issues and delays
- Review technical drawings and specifications
- Manage procurement of materials
- Ensure quality assurance on site
- Perform site inspections and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
- COREN membership
- PMP certification is an advantage
